Just a quick check in. Sorry I started this and then am not around as much as I would like to be. My life goes crazy from mid Aug til after Christmas every year. Sports, getting ready for the holidays, resumption of swim club responsibilities, planning things for Sunday school. And then this year I had 2 infants start at my home daycare at the beginning of the school year. And they take up most of my day not to mention the 2 year old boys. Anyway I am still hovering around 181 and not finding much time for anything but everything in my life.
Did I mention I am making all the costumes for the Church Christmas pageant?
Keep plugging away everyone> I think of everyone often but rarely find time for down time.

Hello everyone,
I did a quick 20 minute jog yesterday, and have planned the same for today. I figure that if I keep telling myself I don't have the time to do my hour I wont ever run again, so I'll do what I can in the time I have.
Also, my kids school is closed tomorrow but the school where I work is not closed. That means I get to do double duty and bring them in to work with me! :grumble: Kill me now! :laugh:

Thanks Jenn for sending me the link again. I am glad to be back and need the motivation that I used to get from this group. Staying away only helped me to gain about 15 pounds!!! So now it is time to get them off once and for all. What day do we all weigh in?

Well I am coming back and am late for starting in November but no better time than the present. My goal is to still lose 5 in November even though I only have 2/3 of the month.

11/11: 146.8
I'm bummed I'm still up 3 lbs (due to Halloween candy no doubt :explode: ) so I have updated my ticker to reflect the gain. I'm back on track now though, eating healthy again and have signed myself up for a turkey trot 5 k on Thanksgiving day which will help me burn some of the calories I will packing in that day.
Yesterday I did a little jog, 30 minutes. Today will be a hard day because I have my children at work with me so I might just take them to a park on my lunch and run around with them instead of getting my jog in. Also just bought Kids Dance 2 for the Wii which I cant wait to try out with them tonight. :happy:0 -

Today was fun on the stationery bike & weight machines & had hoped
to get swimming but life was calling my name:grumble: whatever!!!
I this challenge, no pressure, laid back people, fun reading your
entries and keeping track of your victories:drinker:
This weekend I plan to walk at least 10 miles, weight machines again on
Sunday and lots and lots of stretching and YOGA! YAY!:glasses:

Had a really bad couple of weeks and went up and down on the scale. I know i need to weigh in same time every week so next week i'm going to try weighing in on Fridays. My mom and i are thinking about getting a treadmill to share that way there is no excuse not to exercise when i can't get to the gym, which is 30 minutes away. Hopefully we can find one that's not to expensive. My eating habits need to vastly improve. I have these protein shakes i drink in the morning so i won't eat at the buffet at work, but its not working to well right now. I still end up picking at the food that's gonna get thrown away. I know i'm gross LOL. My mom just got bad news on her cholesterol so i think she is going to start helping me cook healthier at least at home. HOpe the next week goes well.

I've lost track of when we're weighing - if it's on a schedule - but I weighed today and I'm at 4.5 down for the month. I'm so close to onederland that I just know I can make it happen this month!0

Another great weigh in!! I lost another 1.3 pounds, putting me at 2.7 pounds lost so far! Only 2.3 more pounds to go to hit this months challenge! May be very hard for these next few weeks with all the great food were going to have for the holidays!0
