Did another weigh in today due to the sodium load from earlier in the week. 256! Down another 3 pounds. I was so excited I scheduled in an additional late afternoon walk. Feeling inspired!0

Hey everyone, still not tracking everything just yet, but I will check in and keep you up to date and let you know I'm still here..yesterday I started off our new week with buying a winter running outfit at a local thrift store, tried it, on..and ran out in a 5 mile test run..looked so tiny at first, and thought there was no way..but it proved me wrong! So pretty much working on this week is some strength training, fruits/veggies, and work on my water! Theres just those cold days and drinking water makes me feel colder..but im working on it! Thursday - 120 mins exercise/889 calories burned; was NOT under cals due to stupid candy still in house!; drank around 18 cups water; 3 fruit/veggies
Friday - 55 mins exercise/411 cals burned (didn't get my double in-worked too late NOT under cals due to stupid candy still in house!; drank about 20 cups water; 3 fruit/veggies
Saturday - Rest Day, but did run errands/shopping w/Hubz for about 3 hours-lol!; NOT under calories due to rest day; drank 16+/- cups water;3 fruits/veggies
Sunday - 40 mins exercise/321 calories burned; NOT under due to remaining candy at desk (since I was at work ); 22 cups water +/-; 4 fruits/veggies
Monday - 100 mins exercise/858 cals burned; NOT under cals - ridicuously hungry!!; drank 32+ cups water - ridiculously thirsty 7 fruits/veggies
Tuesday - 109 mins exercise/963 cals burned: NOT under cals - almost tho, missed it by 48; drank 27+ cups water; 5 fruits/veggies
Wednesday -34 mins exercise/321 cals burbed: NOT under cals - was exhausted from work & although I was good all day, I didn't get my PM workout since I worked late & ended up eating more than I should have when I got home; 20+ cups water; 7 fruits/veggies
1. Exercise AT LEAST 30 Minutes 5 out of 7 days: 6/7
2. Under Calories 5 of 7 Days: 0/7
3. At least 10 cups of Water 5 of 7 days: 7/7
4. At least 3 Fruits or Veggies servings 5 of 7 days: 7/7
End results - last week SUCKED! :laugh: But, amazingly as of Thursday I was already doing A LOT better! Must have just been residual Halloween candy in system.
I'll update for this weeks challenge on a separate reply & try to check everyone's updates (that may be tomorrow as today is the only day since last Saturday that me & Hubz have got any time together & since he works tomorrow & I'm actually off I can get some MFP time in )0 -

Okay..so with Keerti on our team..i tt's nearly impossible to beat her, especially since i have no access to a gym right now being at my sister's. However, i am not eating everything in site but i won't necessarily count my calories. By Tuesday, i will definitely be back in full swing! We have less than two weeks! Woo hoo!! Let's do this!!!

Thursday: 79 mins/765 cals (didn't count my house cleaning & laundry or taking Kitty back to V-E-T for follow up tho!); UNDER cals by 119 WHOO HOO!!
Friday: 99 mins/1119 cals: UNDER cals by 205 (possibly more since I added quick cals to account for anything extra I may have ate while Baby Sis & BF were over); Yea, me!

Good morning ladies!
I just wanted to say that i am proud of all of us that have committed to this challenge. It is so awesome to have a support group to help you through the tough times. I hope i get to see you all for the next challenge because you have inspired me and i hope i have done the same. I am coming home tomorrow so i will be working off any lbs i may have gained (hopefully not) on my trip and the 3.6 lbs i gained last week to make sure i still make my goal. I was at 11lbs lost until i gained those lbs back last week so i want to still lose at least the ten because that was my original goal (10-16).

Well, I am stinking up the joint on this weeks challenges! I'm fighting this stupid cold so I got a pretty good workout in on Thursday (83 minutes for 752 calories) then nothing until this morning. Friday my body demanded a break, Saturday was the state swimming championship meet in Orlando so no time (son didn't do as well as he hoped with his own time and there were some unbelievably fast swimmers there!) and Sunday I still felt awful. Decided that since resting wasn't making me feel better, I'd get a workout in and try and sweat the darn cold out. Let me just say, spinning was tough this morning! I also pretty much ate what I wanted and didn't attempt to log. Gonna workout all week and I PLAN to eat well so hopefully my last weigh in on Thursday will be O.K.

Well girls, I feel the same way Laura does!
I have so much enjoyed having this support group and getting to know ALL of you. I hope that in some way you have all gotten something from this group. I will be leading a New Year's group too. I'm still kind of thinking about how to do it, but I'm thinking the team member thing was pretty fun this time around so I'm planning on sticking with that.
If you choose to join the next one, it will be likely that you will have some different team members. Although, I must admit...I will have a hard time letting go of my purple girls! **Tears.....
As for me, I'm doing a sort of self evaluation. At this point I've lost only 6 pounds. I'm going to be pounding hard this next week and a half to meet my 10 pounds lost goal. (the original goal was 10 to 16 pounds!) Only at LEAST 4 pounds to go...and I'm pretty sure I can do it if I stay focused.
After this week's weigh in I will be posting the "NEW YEAR" challenge. This will allow time for people to join and for me to begin making teams, etc....
I would like to ask in advance for help explaining everything to the NEW people who will join. There will be LOTS of messages about where to post, where the challenges will be, where to weigh in,....etc.. So if you see those questions before me and answer them, I would SINCERELY appreciate your help!! :0)
You all already know you are awesome. I love you girls and HOPE that each of you continue to join us. Remember...I will also have a group for "maintenance" so that the girls who don't want or need to lose can still join us and keep up with the nutrition and fitness goals. .
