    Week of November 28th my goal is 280 minutes. My hrm tells me I should target to burn 1600 calories.

    I can do this. I'll have to look at my schedule and see how many mins I'll have this week with it. I'm doing turbo fire and on week 2. My goal is to follow the schedule as it is.
