Monday- 30 Minutes Total - Circuit training 20 minutes and Zumba/dancing 15 Minutes
Tuesday- 30 Minute Brisk walk and 22 Minutes of 30DS- So a total of 52 Minutes
Wednesday- I was up late so I forgot to post but I did 22 minutes for 30DS
Thursday- again22 minutes of 30DS
