175 minutes is good DK!! only 5 minutes away from 180. Not sure what your goal was. Have a great week this week!
My goal was 200 I believe. After much discussion (at the free clinic) I realised I can't bank my whole cardio load on transportation (i.e walking/biking to and fro) so it didn't include about 7-10 miles of walking to work, grocery, etc. Makes it a bit more of a time challenge0 -
