Set a new pr for myself: One mile in 7:16.Pretty happy with that, considering it's cold and windy.
Also, it was one year ago TODAY that I started C25K and joined MFP! A year ago, jogging ONE minute was hard. Then again, I'd like to see how well I could run carrying the extra 30-some pounds I was then!0 -
