    What you would like to accomplish in 90 day: I would love to fit into my old clothes (especially those I haven't gotten the chance to wear because it doesn't fit anymore), be more active, have more energy, and feel better about myself .

    I'm totally up for this. I attempted to lose weight this last year but kept giving up but I've told myself that I'm not going to keep being unhappy with the way I look and to do it properly this year. Plus Christmas is a great excuse to treat yourself one last time :P

    What I want to accomplish in 90 days: I'll attempt to lose the 25 pounds although I know it'll be a push over 90 days. But in general, I just want to have better fitness and feel healthier. OH and a flatter stomach. I'm 18 but feel like I'm 80!

    Good luck to everyone. I hope you reach your targets but if you don't, keep on going and don't give up, you'll reach them eventually! :)

    What you would like to accomplish in 90 day: I'm pretty close to goal weight, but it takes me forever to get there (it's been nearly a year to lose 8 pounds). My goal is more food related- I need to stop eating junk and get at or under my calorie goal each day.

    What you would like to accomplish in 90 days: I'd like to work up to working out 3-5 days a week (REGULARLY) and build some muscle mass. I also want to incorporate more veggies into my diet and drink AT LEAST 64 oz. OF WATER A DAY!

    What you would like to accomplish in 90 day: I wanna lose at least 7lbs in ninety days but mostly tone up my legs and stomach. I wanna fit into a size 5 jeans again!

    Definitely up for doing a before and after, though my goal isn't drastic it probably won't show much of a difference..

    What you would like to accomplish in 90 day: I want to lose 7 pounds and be in the best shape of my life before my b-day in April. I want to incorporate running in my life. Currently I try to be on the treadmill at least three times a week. I'm trying to make more time here and there to also include weight training but with working full time and having a toddler that is sometimes not easy. So I need some motivation to stay on track!
