            20 miles on the bike this morning. I'm @ 194.2 for December, I'll need a long run tomorrow to get to 200 miles. As all my miles are outdoors and the weather wasn't particularly helpful, reaching my goal has been a very tough assignment. I'm tired.0

OH NO! SO sorry to hear that! I hope you heal quickly. Something low-to-no impact like biking or elliptical in a few days maybe?
