    5 arc trainer, back and triceps

    6 elliptical trainer
  • 5 = 60 min treadsmill level 5
    10 min swim laps fast holiday makers in the pool took over, jumping in front of me while I was swimming!!! I had to get out:explode:

    1/1 nothing
    2/1 I walked to work and from + shoping + school run 180 min
    3/1 went to gym aerobic 45 min
    4/1 I walked to and from work + school run 120 min
    5/1 school run 20 min + 55 min at gym (so far)

    I work as a waiters so quite busy at work 5x a week

    I put you on our spreadsheet with 4 workouts so far. Next time you record a workout, it would be great if you could post the total number right at the beginning. I have a lot of people to keep track of, and that makes it easier for me to get everybody's numbers right. Thanks!

    Welcome! I'll put you on the spreadsheet with 1 workout. The next time you want to report a workout, go ahead and put your total number or workouts for the month at the beginning of your post. I have a lot of people to keep track of, and that makes it easier for me to get everybody's numbers right. Thanks!
