and for the month so far i'm at 43.60 -
9 miles this week. I am using a calender to track my miles this week and it goes Sunday to Saturday so that is how I am doing my miles. I might go out for a long 4 today since its going to rain tomorrow....BUT i will post those miles later if they happen.0

Busy work day today - and I missed to be able to run in day light so I am hoping for 4 miles on the elliptical / ARC today watching a scary movie, then a slow steady run outside tomorrow (probably will be very cold) and then a 5K race on Sunday.

did a 3.1 mile at a nice pace today - not super fast, but I am going easy because of my tendon! felt GREAT! and the weather was beautiful!!! in the plus celsius range - I dressed to warmly!

Back at it today. Had a really great run. Felt really good, my back hurt a bit, but not enough to stop. Usually I do my long runs alone, but today I met up with a group from my running club. I still pretty much ran alone as people were doing different paces/distances, but it was great motivation to get out when I knew I was meeting up with people. I am frozen though, it was -16 degrees celsius.

I am so impressed by all that miles that everyone is running. I just really started running in October, but you are all inspirations to me!
Here is my summary for the week:
Monday 1.6 on elliptical
Wednesday 4 mile run
Thursday 4.5 mile run
For a total of 10.1 miles this week and 23.1 miles for the month.
I am a little short of half way, but things should be more normal this week so I should be able to make them up.
