Just wondering what other mfp'ers are eating today!
Mine looked like:
1 cup frozen grapes, 1.25 cups rice chex, 1 cup silk, .5 cup sauteed (lightly oiled) veggies, and 2 vegetarian sausage patties.
what about yours?

    Two mini sausage patties (150 calorie) and a Crystal Light Orange Sunrise mixed in with my water (I pretend it's OJ) for 10 calories.

    oatmeal! keeps me full and it's something quick and warm--today i added a tablespoon of pb, 1 tablespoon of chocolate granola and 2 tsp of light brown sugar--really peanut buttery so may change it up for next time but was nice to have something diff.

    1 fried egg, 1 fried tomato, 1/2 cup fried mushrooms

    with either couple of sausages, or a burger or 2 rashers bacon

    All fried in that spray stuff rather than actual lard/oil

    1 1/3 cup organic granola
    1 cup milk
    400g's egg whites
    2 5.3 oz dannon greek yogurt, plain.


    usually I have eggs mixed w/ egg whites & chicken as well.

    tomorrow I'm having eggs, egg whites, chicken on thin bagel w/ cheese and tomato, chobani greek vanilla & some green tea.

    Well, judging from the picture, I guess Chobani greek yogurt is the breakfast to eat. :-)
