    Two slices "Dave's Killer Bread" (whole wheat/grain) and 1/2 large avocado, mashed and spread on the toast. Also, coffee of course! With a little 1% and Stevia to sweeten.

    grrrrr forgot my coffee today lol :noway: so far a special k cereal bar and a boiled egg with a bottle water :ohwell:
  • 4 egg whites cooked in 1/2 tsp olive oil with some ketchup and a piece of Rye toast with 1.5 tbsp light peanut butter and a tbsp of jam. And an apple probably on the way to the gym if I'm hungry after class.. don't know if I will be but can't hurt to be prepped. =)

    1 package of quaker instant butter grits and two scrambled eggs in nonstick spray with sugar free flavor packet in water (250 calories)
  • I made pumpkin spiced malt-o-meal this morning. Malt-o-meal, pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, crushed almonds, and almond milk. :) So filling.

    Sipped coffee after.
  • Hard boiled egg and steamed spinach :D

    I eat every 2-3 hours, so this is my "second breakfast"!

    I had a protein bar first thing this morning :bigsmile:

    I LOVE!!! Dave's Killer Bread!!!! I am going to have to try avocado on it. I love avocado on rye toast... so I am sure it will be a similar taste treat.

    I had a whole wheat bagel thin with light cream cheese spread on one half, and some nutella on the other half and an orange :)
  • I have a hard time eating breakfast, so I drink it instead. Shake!

    I used to eat oatmeal and toast, but I was starving within a couple of hours. So I eat an egg-white and turkey breakfast wrap for breakfast most days now. It keeps me going!

    The ingredients:

    4 Tbs liquid egg whites (33 cals)
    1 slice Kraft American fat-free cheese (25 cals)
    3 slices of Oscar Meyer deli turkey or ham (30 cals)
    1 Trader Joe's Middle Eastern flatbread (150 cals)
    1 tsp Tapatio hot sauce

    Mix the egg whites in a bowl and microwave for 30 seconds. On a separate plate, microwave the flatbread for 15 seconds. Place the cooked egg whites on the warm flatbread. Add cheese and turkey/ham. Microwave another 10-15 seconds. Add Tapatio. Enjoy! I also add a teaspoon of chopped onions if I have time.

    I had 3 chocolate chip pancakes 1/2 c sugar free syrup, and a banana with a big ol glass of ice water.

    400 cals. YUM!

    I had a banana and a cup of coffee while at home and then around 10:30am I got the grumblies so I had a clementine. Lunch is at one so that should hold me til them

  • This morning I kept it simple...1 cup of banana nut cheerios and 1/2 cup 2% milk...they are amazing btw =)
  • 32 ounces of water with a lemon slice, banana on my way to work and chobani yogurt when I got to work :)
