I had something similar that you might also like....plain oatmeal with 1/2 banana and 1/2 of a pouch of Justin's chocolate hazelnut spread (the whole pouch -23 g. is 190 calories). I added a little splenda. The hazelnut spread was something different. I also have a honey almond spread that might be good with oatmeal as well. I've even add a Tbl. of pumpkin butter to my oatmeal and a small amount of slivered almonds. I LOVE OATMEAL!

I had 3 chocolate chip pancakes 1/2 c sugar free syrup, and a banana with a big ol glass of ice water.

    400 cals. YUM!

What kind of choco chip pancakes did you make for so few calories? I'd love to try them!!

I use the bisquick heart smart pancake recipe, 3 pancakes (190 cal) prepared with 1.5 tbsp mini chocolate chips.
It's in the baking isle. Good stuff. I'll never go back to hungry jack! :o)
