I've gotten down to around 160-165 before and I was happy but still wanted to lose a couple of more pounds but my weight loss went in reverse so I think 150 is a good goal to have plus 145 lbs is the healthy weight max for my height according to the BMI Calculator which means even if I hit my goal I will still be "overweight" but it's an overweight I would love to be.0 -
