Why "give up" anything? Unless you have some kind of food sensitivity/allergy, I really don't see any reason to give up eating what you love -- just find healthier ways to prepare it or have smaller portions of the original. This is what I've done, and it's seems to have worked pretty well for me.0

Cheese. I'd give up chocolate before I'd give up cheese. At least cheese is good for me.

All of the sweet stuff and pizza! I honestly haven't given up anything I eat I just have a cheat day twice a month. But if I was giving up food no one would mess with my cupcakes, cookies, cake, ice cream, and pizza. >.<0

I agree with the above, steak. Actually, I've decided to not give up anything that I like. I workout hard and watch my portions. You can eat whatever you want as long as you've earned it. I say work hard and enjoy!0
