Welcome everyone to the 3500+ calories burned challenge.
Can you believe this weekly challenge has been going on for over a year now?

This is a weekly challenge to meet 3500+ calories burned, it is open to everyone. You set your own calorie goal for the week. Each day post the calories you burned, current total and how many you have to go. That's it, not too hard, other then push push pushing yourself to hit your goal. Everyone is such an inspiration on this challenge. Keep up the good work for the people returning and welcome to the newbies.

Also please do not promote other similar challenges in this one. I didn't put this challenge in the groups so it is easy to find for new people as this is not a closed challenge and open to everyone. It would be hard to find in the groups and a lot of newbies would miss it.

    Hi all.
    I'm week 2 today. Due to injury am limited on exercise this week. Hoping to hit the pools this week and get some hydrotherapy on my thigh. My goal will be 3500.

    I'm in. About 3 weeks back into this eating well and exercise, needing to loose atleast 80 in the long run. Been pretty good about exercise since Christmas, a goal to work against sounds like a fine idea! Just looked back at my week, 3253 and 3262 the week before. so close. This goal should be a good increase for me. Just need to work a little harder.

    Ok week 4 and still have the goal of 3500 - if I still used my polar HRM I know I would hit that goal easily - as it was very generous on amount of calories burned - but my Garmin is a stingy bugger.....
