    WOW you look great and I needed to read this, and see this. I to am on my way, I want to lose about 40 pounds, but 60 would be great. I watch what I eat and I am at the Y everyday 2 times a day. I do strength training 3 times a week and the rest of the time i do cardio. I feel different already I have so much energy...... i love it. You are truely and ispiration to us all!!!!
