I'm back, and yes I will continue with your challenge, the challenge helped me accumulate 2,872 minutes or 48 hours. This month I hope to have many of my hours on my bike, something that bad weather prevented me from doing last month.
So week one my goal is 500 minutesand I will also keep track of hrm calories burned and km logged form my cycling.

Hello there, Are you making your goal 180 a week or 720?? Your ticker states 720 for the week, right? so your goal would be 720 if I go by your ticker. You can go higher than 360. I was just a little confused. :ohwell:0 -
