I'm currently at 175ish and my goal weight is about 135 or 1400

I'm at 210 now, and my goal is 150. I just randomly picked that number...I figure I could reassess my goals when I get there. I just want to be out of the obese and overweight categories.0

Started 178lbs, now 172lbs. 1st goal is 150lbs. Then from there, probably 140lbs would be my ultimate goal. and more muscle tone.0

Hey there,
I am just under 5'6'' & I am currently 64 kilograms (141 pounds) - my aim is to get to 60 kilograms (132 pounds) so I am closer to the middle/lower end of my BMI. I'm also trying to burn off calories lifting heavy weights and for toning.

currently at 168...moving towards 150.
I am on day 10 of the 30 Day Shred
and I'm 49 years old.
My goal is 150 for a golf trip I have planned for my husbands 50th birthday in July. I need daily help

I started at 168. I'm 166 now and my ultimate goal is around the 125-130 area0

I'm 5'5 1/2", started at 238, currently 202, with a goal not of weight....but size. I want to be around a size 8, which is when I looked my best in high school. I think I was around 155? I was healthy. I figure I'll re-assess when I get there0

I think I've posted on this thing before, but I'll do it again! haha. I am 5'6. I was originally 260 and when I started MFP I was around 245. I've now lost down to 189. My first ultimate goal is 148, but I think once I get there I would like to work hard to get down to 128.0
