I just made these! Great consistency... easy to make! Look sooo good. They are in the freezer right now, can't wait to try them with the family!

I made them with a tsp of almond extract. The consistency is a little too runny even after 5 hours in the fridge. So I stuck them in the freezer for 30 mins. I definitely don't care for them frozen. I stuck them back in the fridge.... not sure yet if they will go back to being too soft or not... but I did try one. I think I will definitely add a second box of the pudding mix next time. A bit too much of the plain greek yogurt taste for me. I think it needs just a little more sweetness. Not awful, but not as good as I thought they would be. I also tried the 3*2*1 cake idea I saw on another post today. THAT was yummy! I also tried adding a cup of spinach to my smoothies today... that turned out really good. Great way to sneak in some more veggies for my kids!0
