            6 mornings out of 7, if not all 7, A dish of: apple, 1/2 cup blueberries, and banana, covered with a yoplait light yogurt, and a 1/4 cup of organic pumpkin flax granola. IT'S fabulous!0

            For meals, it's chicken, hands-down. But if I look at my diary and see what appears most often--mixed into eggs, into tuna, with chicken, atop steak, with my veggies--it's chopped roasted green chile.

            Strawberries....in a protein smoothie or green smoothie (with spinach and kale) everyday. The strawberries make the
protein less noticeable and totally take the taste away from the greens.0 - 
            SPINACH! some days I eat it with every meal, including blending it in my protein smoothies. Also have almond milk every day.0
