Either chicken or oatmeal. I eat a heck of a lot of both, chicken for the protein and oatmeal to fill me up.

I'm surprised with so many people saying cheese. It seems somewhat counterproductive to me.

I eat cheese everyday, sometimes with every meal. Usually reduced fat, but everything in moderation! That's what's worked for me anyway and I never feel deprived, which is why I've had so much success I think with this new lifestyle as opposed to being "on a diet."

Same here, but I usually eat the full fat stuff. Calcium, Protein, fats, and delicious addition to food. I see very little cons about cheese unless you are eating lots and lots

Sriracha. Chicken. Coffee. Those 3 things are in my food diary every single day at least once. (I don't use Sriracha in my coffee, don't worry)
Ahhh me too. Love the above

Tomatoes or ground beef (but I'm trying to cut down on the ground beef). Tomatoes are only veggie I like (I don't care if it is really a fruit) so I eat it in some form every day: salsa, chili, spaghetti sauce, pizza sauce.

Canned versions have too much sodium so I have been making my own sauces now. More work but better taste and I feel better without all that sodium.

I'm surprised with so many people saying cheese. It seems somewhat counterproductive to me.

Why? I make room for it within my daily calorie allotment. How is that counterproductive? I don't eat as much of it as I used to, since I've cut down on my portions of *everything*, but it's still something that I eat very frequently. Cheese didn't make me fat and unhealthy. I became fat and unhealthy as a result of eating too much, and moving too little.

Pretty much any veg or fruit. Currently brussel sprouts (I know-weird, but they are in season) and strawberries. Love fish too.

It is a toss up between chicken, mushrooms, spinach, onion, and garlic. By volume probably spinach. By weight definitely chicken. By frequency garlic.

I eat vanilla or plain yogurt everyday. At least once or twice a day I eat chicken, fish, cottage cheese &/or eggs. And whey protein.
