I'm surprised with so many people saying cheese. It seems somewhat counterproductive to me.
I eat cheese everyday, sometimes with every meal. Usually reduced fat, but everything in moderation! That's what's worked for me anyway and I never feel deprived, which is why I've had so much success I think with this new lifestyle as opposed to being "on a diet."
Same here, but I usually eat the full fat stuff. Calcium, Protein, fats, and delicious addition to food. I see very little cons about cheese unless you are eating lots and lots0 -
Sriracha. Chicken. Coffee. Those 3 things are in my food diary every single day at least once. (I don't use Sriracha in my coffee, don't worry)0
-
Bread (love my sandwiches), and then peanut butter, greek yogurt and coffee0
-
Tomatoes or ground beef (but I'm trying to cut down on the ground beef). Tomatoes are only veggie I like (I don't care if it is really a fruit) so I eat it in some form every day: salsa, chili, spaghetti sauce, pizza sauce.
Canned versions have too much sodium so I have been making my own sauces now. More work but better taste and I feel better without all that sodium.0 -
Either chicken or broccoli0
-
I was surprised coffee wasn't listed sooner!
Coffee for me.
Then, probably eggs or onions.0 -
i eat spring mix every single day!!0
-
Cheese, carrots, and sliced turkey or chicken; all things I include normally in my lunches.0

Why? I make room for it within my daily calorie allotment. How is that counterproductive? I don't eat as much of it as I used to, since I've cut down on my portions of *everything*, but it's still something that I eat very frequently. Cheese didn't make me fat and unhealthy. I became fat and unhealthy as a result of eating too much, and moving too little.0 -
Rice0
-
Spinach, grilled chicken breast, and cheese0
-
Pretty much any veg or fruit. Currently brussel sprouts (I know-weird, but they are in season) and strawberries. Love fish too.0
-
Cups of tea!0
-
Quinoa, sweet potato, whole wheat pitas, all natural peanut butter, dark chocolate, hummus.
I eat at least one of those items every day!! They are my staples0 -
It is a toss up between chicken, mushrooms, spinach, onion, and garlic. By volume probably spinach. By weight definitely chicken. By frequency garlic.0

I eat vanilla or plain yogurt everyday. At least once or twice a day I eat chicken, fish, cottage cheese &/or eggs. And whey protein.0
