    Chicken breat and/or grilled chicken
    Raisins
    Banana
    Baby Spinach
    Cheese
I just broke up with Peanut butter :(
  • I'm totally a spinach and cheese junkie. As long as I can keep the ratio of spinich:cheese high on the spinach side, I'm really okay with that

Natural peanut butter for sure! Can't go a day without it!

Followed by egg whites, protein powder, and my new fav, oatmeal! :)

I always thought it was sweets, but I have learned that cheese is a staple in my diet.

Glad to know it isn't just me

It used to be me too..... and I have the zipper scar to prove it..

Wow...That really hit home for me... I was having a really hard time staying away from cheese. I think you just cured me. Thank you and God Bless.

Boneless skinless Chicken thighs.... almost everynight for dinner. Tasty, easy to cook in a hurry, plenty of protein after the gym and some good fat in there too.

Quinoa Great side that goes with anything... so very versatile, tastes great and very good for you.

Steamfresh veggie bags... 5 minutes in the microwave, lots to choose from

Always have a Chobani Greek yogurt with lunch

Spinach. I have it just about everyday in one way or another. It will either be eaten in my shakes, as a salad, in my eggs, in my dinner recipes, and it is most of the time somewhere!

Definitely cheese! Ever since I started eating healthy, I really want cheese for some reason. Eggs are a very close 2nd though.
