    Don't have pics at the moment... sorry But I have two.

    1. four wolf paw prints with a tribal wolf head above them on the outside of my right lower leg....symbolizing me and my three kids and my husband.

    2. My Grandmothers and my Grandsons initials and their birthdate 6-30 in roman numerals on the inside of my right wrist.

    Have plans for more.... think next one is going to be a baby sea turtle on my left ankle-foot area.

    No Pics atm but I have a half nude pin up lady on my left outer calf that goes from my ankle to my knee, on the inside I have a large The Walking Dead inspired zombie woman, on my left foot I have a zombie cupcake, I have Cannibal tattooed over my toes, an anchor with a heart on my right middle finger and a Bettie Page tattoo on my inner right forearm.
    For my birthday I am getting a modified bondage version of Ruby Gloom on my outer right forearm =p

    I have none. I've wanted some for many years, but was putting it off until I was back in shape and a bit more confident. Now I am heading the right direction I think having just turned 41 I am probably too old to get any work done and not look like a complete poser. Oh well... =)

    Can someone tell me please i know its probably different for everyone but is getting a tattoo really painful?! :( I would love to get a small subtle meaningful quote or symbol but im really scared of the pain lol, can you get anything to numb it before they do it so you wont feel anything? im such a wuss lol :P

    The pain is different for everyone, some places do a numbing cream but a lot don't because it can stop the ink going into the sling properly. The one that hurt and I've never heard different is the side, ribs. My feet, shoulders and arms didn't hurt that much, I could feel it but not enough to bother me. My feet actually tickled! My lower back hurt, that was my first one and didn't know what to expect! Take music to listen to, it helped me a lot. I personally get more worried over piercings than tattoo's! Very different kinds of pain though!

    Ooooh yay!! I love tattoo threads :) Some great ones on here so far!!

    Here's some of mine...

    This tribal phoenix goes all the way down my back, just below that is a scorpion that I had done when I was 16.

    This shows it being drawn on.. a couple of years ago when I had long, normal hair...lol! I cut my hair off to show off my tattoo and stuck with it since :P

    I also have a playboy bunny on my hip... but it sucks... had that done during a lunch break when I was at college at 19...lol!

    My most recent is also my smallest and most painful... lol

    I want my back phoenix extending with some feathers and flames whipping up from the tail and around my sides until they reach my navel... I then also want something on my foot which wraps up and around my ankle.. undecided on that though.

    I have 5, but lately have been planning my 6th. CANT WAIT! I <3 tattoos!

    1st - I got in college, in the middle of my back is a tiny halo with angel wings around it and I had my favorite uncles initials put in because he is my guardian angel, and then a couple years back i added my grandmother's initials to the other side.

    2nd - behind my left ear I have a tiny heart - it's my reminder to always love myself no matter what.

    3rd - I have the word Faith on the top of my back. After it was done the guy told me that upside down it also says Hope. So I guess when I stand on my head it's a totally different tattoo! hahaha

    4th - behind my right ear I have a small peace sign. I've always loved the look of peace signs and it's my reminder to control my temper!!! haha

    5th - A cross on my sternum ( kind of in between my boobs but a little lower) - directly over my heart. It's my reminder to love Jesus and know that He is the most important in my life and I have a life because of Him and the cross!!

    I want to get my 6th tattoo soon - I always do this doodle of a small heart, peace sign, and icthus all squished together and I think I am planning on getting that on my left wrist.

    I always make sure I place them somewhere that can be covered if needed :)

    I will take pictures later but, this one is on the inside of my left wrist and its purple with black outlines.

    I also have tigger who by all appereances has pounced on winnie the pooh in a garden and is grinning down at him with flowers an honey bees flying about. That one has my kids names on it.

    I also have a gorgeous butterfly on the back of my neck.

    I am adding a peace sign this week with the words. peace, love and coexist on it. :)

    I dont have the photo but I am a 220-lb boy at 5'6" short and stout as they may say, and I have a 2-inch Eiffel Tower on my back. :)

    Same sentiments. I have such low tolerance for pain and suffering (thats why Im a bit heavy because I hate exercise) but I survived my tattoo session. It's a 2-inch Eiffel Tower resting on my spine 6 inches below my collar line, and it is very detailed, with all the crisscrossing beams and trusses of the tower. I thought I was gonna pass out during the first few minutes but the tattoo parlor was really professional. They gave me a bottle of beer to numb the pain a little bit, and after a while it felt really soothing. I almost fell asleep halfway through. Don't worry. You'll live.

    I have:

    2 dolphins - 1 on my left ankle and the other on my left shoulder
    A scorpion - (My star sign) on my right ankle
    A dragon at the top of my right arm
    A winged heart on my left wrist (not into getting names tattooed, so got this for my fiancé)
    3 little stars on the inside of my right wrist (representing my 2 nephews and niece)
    A Tribal bird type design at the top of my spine
    and my favourite one:
    Predator stood on a hill of human skulls with an Alien head/skull amongst them as well (almost a half back piece, I do have a picture of it in my folder on here)

    Did also have another dolphin (my first one, when I was 15 *oops* thats now under the dragon) and a butterfly on the bottom right of my back, but it was in the way when I had my Predator done, so I had it covered over.

    I have 4 all together! I have a retro 70's Smilie on my right leg with our name and year we got married, I have a symbol on my right hand ring finger for my marriage to my soul mate of 25 plus years, a breast cancer ribbon on my left breast for my mom who lost hers to cancer, and my pride and joy is my Led Zeppelin tribute on my upper left arm. I will get no more all these have been done in the last 4 years. I'm a Libra and I feel balanced and they all mean a lot to me. They are in my pictures not sure how to post them on here!

    I actually have a tattoo twin somewhere on MFP - she has this exact tattoo on her inner ankle as well!

    I still want a couple more. I want lyrics or a quote up my left side and something on my right shoulderblade. Just haven't decided exactly what yet, even though I have some ideas.

    I don't have any tattoos at the moment.

    I am too much of a wimp to probably ever get one. Also, my likes and dislikes are very fleeting...not sure I would have a tattoo I could live with for the rest of my life. Well, except maybe my children's names...which I always said that if I have some I will one day get...

    Which is too bad. I love tats...and some of you have some amazing ones. I also love that show Ink Master...very cool! So artistic. :)

    3: dolphins swimming in front of a big sun beucase I love the ocean (lower back)

    5: my son's name in a heart with flowers and a halo (foot)
    6: vine wrap w/ flowers and my daughter's name (left ankle)

    Just one so far for my husband and I on my left wrist. It is 2 hearts with "True Love" underneath them. Hope to get another with my daughters names on it.
