3500+ Calories Burned Challenge 1/30-2/5

 I didn't make the goal in 6 days, but if I could it in 7 days from Monday to Monday I did.I'll join the challenge.
 Weekly Goal: 3500
 Mon 1/30: 781. a brisk walk through the park, then grabbing some bags (from shopping) and briskly walking around with them doing more shopping, and then cooking for someone else for about 100 minutes.
 Tues 1/31: 296. walking, stretching and jogging up stairs in my school.
 Wed: 2/1: 740. Elliptical, treadmill walking at 4.5 mph, calisthenics (chin ups, hip work, leg work, ab work, rows)
 Thur: 2/2: 333. I walked around and did some shopping. Was very sore from the gym yesterday.
 Fri: 2/3: 256. Walking and jogging.
 Sat: 2/4: 181. Walking
 Sun: 2/5: 433. Walking
 Total: 3,020
 Left to go: 480
 Mon: 2/6: 599. Walking, jogging, and running up the stairs.0
