What exercise do YOU plan to do today?

Just sitting here with my morning pre-run coffee (you know what I'm talking about, runners!) and just wanted to see what my other MFP-ers had on tap for today! I've got a 4mi run and Day 6 of the 30-day shred!

30 min circuits and 30 mins spinning tonight0

off tog ym to do interval training in the treadmill and some core work x0

Did Spinning and some cardio for 60 mins followed with Abs in the morning
And gearing up for Day 7 of 30Day shred in the evening after work.0 -
Did 50mins of weights this morning, and a hour of boxercise tonight x0

I'm so envious of you guys for being able to run. It hurts my knees too much. I make sure to forefoot strike as well, but it doesn't matter. After doing a few days of 3 miles, my knees start to bother me =( So for cardio I usually do incline walking or interval training for 15-20 minutes. Short bursts of running dont really hurt my knees0

walked to and from my morning meeting, an hour in total and I will be doing 30mins class with personal trainer this afternoon0

Had 20 minutes walking to work this morning, then an hour walking to the gym from work and then back home after an hour of spinning!0

Zumba Abs, 50 minutes of walking @ 4 mph, and 30DS Level One (I just use it twice a week for toning).0

30 min cycling this morning, and 30 min cycling intervals tonight0

I did the Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 DVD this morning....and I might sneak in a little spinning tonight.0

This afternoon after work will be 25 minutes on the Elliptical and 40 minutes weight lifting0

5 Miles Jog in the evening to end my day...0

Did 30 minute Firefighters Workout DVD0

did 3 miles at 0430 and plan on doing P90X Kenpo this afternoon0

Did my 60 min on the TM on the uphill walk 3.7 - have 60 minute circuit training with trainer tonight.0

I did 35 minutes on my elliptical, now I am making my lunch so my daughter and I can go to the zoo today. I will be walking the rest of the day.0

Today is run day for me too! However, by the looks of the weather it will be on the TM. I have been doing some of Jillians Ripped in 30 DVD's on alternate run days. love them!

Good question! I will be going to a core box class tonight. I will fit it in between work and bible study. I am excited. Only get there once a month, so I try to kick butt when I'm there.0

Trying out Crossfit for the first time tonight! Excited!
