What exercise do YOU plan to do today?

Just sitting here with my morning pre-run coffee (you know what I'm talking about, runners!) and just wanted to see what my other MFP-ers had on tap for today! I've got a 4mi run and Day 6 of the 30-day shred!

    And gearing up for Day 7 of 30Day shred in the evening after work.

    I'm so envious of you guys for being able to run. It hurts my knees too much. I make sure to forefoot strike as well, but it doesn't matter. After doing a few days of 3 miles, my knees start to bother me =( So for cardio I usually do incline walking or interval training for 15-20 minutes. Short bursts of running dont really hurt my knees

    walked to and from my morning meeting, an hour in total and I will be doing 30mins class with personal trainer this afternoon

    Had 20 minutes walking to work this morning, then an hour walking to the gym from work and then back home after an hour of spinning!

    I did 35 minutes on my elliptical, now I am making my lunch so my daughter and I can go to the zoo today. I will be walking the rest of the day.

    Today is run day for me too! However, by the looks of the weather it will be on the TM. I have been doing some of Jillians Ripped in 30 DVD's on alternate run days. love them!

    Good question! I will be going to a core box class tonight. I will fit it in between work and bible study. I am excited. Only get there once a month, so I try to kick butt when I'm there. :)

    Well today is almost over for me (I'm in Australia) and I took today off. Tomorrow I will walk/jog (HIIT) for an hour in the morning, and again in the evening. And I might attempt the 100 Challenge as well, just for fun :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:

    The 100 Challenge is

    • 100 jumping jacks
    • 90 crunches
    • 80 squats
    • 70 leg lifts
    • 60 jumping jacks
    • 50 crunches
    • 40 squats
    • 30 leg lifts
    • 20 jumping jacks
