    I already did my am workout of 30 ds level 2. This evening I will hit up the gym for w5d2 of C25K and 40 mins of the arc trainer.

    Weather here in St. Louis is in the low 60s, so I am going walking around Creve Coeur Lake after work! Looking forward to working off some work-related stresses!

    30 day shred is awesome - Jillian is great at wanting you to finish and not take breaks - can't wait to be shredded :) I'm on level 1 as well!!!

    Today is treadmill day, probably walk at 3.5mph on a 12% incline for about 30 min, run another 15-20 min on no incline.
