I started at 250 on the nose! Down to 242 after 2 weeks. Apparently for my height I am supposed to be 164, but I am shooting for 175-180.0

I started in mid- January and was at 250, now I am 240 and my first big goal is 180, then eventually, 160!0

I started at about 237 in September 2010. Even now I'm hovering around 210-215. You're not alone!0

I was 238 about a year ago. Started just eating better and lost a little. Started following Live Strong.com and using their calculator to monitor my diet and lost some more. I bought a FitBit a few months ago, started going to the gym, started using MFP, and just recently started running (C25K) and am down to about 199. My target weight is 158 !0

my top was 252 last january...lost almost 50 then fell off the diet wagon during the fall gained some back and now back on and in a better mind set - please feel free to add me0

I just feel like I'm the only one who is starting from such a high number. Is anyone else in the 200's? I'd love to be able to talk, share, and support each other through our weight loss! Just so you know, I'm 5'9" and 236 lbs. (:

I started at 253... currently at 248... and the damn scale isn't wiggling.

I started this year at 303. I'm now down to 278.8 thanks to better food choices, proper portion sizes, exercise and of course the lovely support I get from my friends here.0

I started at 220 1-28-12. I'm 5'4". I'm down 15lbs. Can't wait to hit the "below" 200 mark! You can do it! And so can I!!! Counting calories and exercising WORKS!! And after you start "staying away" from the loaded cheeses, loaded sugars, loaded fast foods, (loaded meaning loaded with calories) your taste buds change. It's been a great journey thus far over these past 4 weeks0
