    Time is waning quickly, gotta get 32 a day for next three days to hit 200. I'm gonna try,1.75 - 2 hours on the trainer doesn't sound like much fun but hate missing a goal. Perhaps I need a mid-month goal check to prevent procrastination. Hmmm.

    do you mean cumulative miles for the month? or doing a 100 mile ride? I've never done a century. Been thinking about it.

    Ah well, just had a look at my tracking software and I've done 147 miles this month! Good but not what I was aiming for...

    My first event in march, a 100k audax so that should bump up the mileage a bit!
