    My heaviest weight was 174 but that was a few years ago, lowest weight was 115 pre pregnancy and I felt amazing.

    Here's the thing.... the smallest I've ever been is 124 and everyone asked me if I was sick because I looked emaciated. It's hard not to believe what science says is our healthy weight... So I guess I'd like to be around 125 but with lots of toned muscle! Is there anyone else who doesn't have a clear goal?

    140 is my goal weight because thats where i feel that i look and feel my best. If i go to about 135-130 TOPS, im ok with that, but im not going to kill myself to get there. When I'm 140 i'm actually a size 6, i'm an athletic build, more muscle, so i tend to weight more than what i look. I don't want to be thin, i want to be healthy

    I was 96lbs before kids and looked great! After my first child I weight around 115 and wasn't happy about my weight but now after child # 2 (now 3yrs) I was weighing 130 at Christmas time. Since joining MyFitnessPal I have dropped 7lbs but would be happy weighing 105-110lbs.

    I am in graduate school and 3-4 days a week don't get home until 9 and am usually very hungry... and I have been struggling to lose these extra pounds even with diet and a good mix of cardio/weights. I stopped eating (and having a drink) after 8:30 or 9 and I've been consistently losing 1.5-2 pounds a week. I also don't eat breakfast right away when I wake up, I try to drink a huge glass of water first. I've heard that drinking warm water with lemon is also a great way to jump start you in the morning. Not sure if that will help you but its been working for me so far!

    I'm kinda new to this.; both to the website and dieting too...

    I'm 5'3 and 119. For the past 10 yrs I've weighed 105 without exercise or dieting. I started gaining weight slowly and now realised its out of control. All the weight went on my bottom, hips and thighs. Still skinny elsewhere.

    I want to go back down but I have 3 problems. I work and study and take care of the family. Rarely have time for exercise. As other petite people have commented, you get no support as everyone says they wish they were your size. Yea right. Toothpick legs, size 6 top half and size 12 jeans. My final problem is my partner who once a week will take me out to dinner, Chinese or equivalent, with no healthy options and he'll force me into over eating.

    Otherwise I have no problem with healthy small portions. I used to eat a lot just out of boredom. Now that I have a goal, I had no problem in cutting down.

    Please, anyone got any tips re the dinner binge problem?

    I am pretty sure I am a medium frame.

    However, I am developing a pretty athletic build, so 135 lb is my goal. Along with a 18-20% body fat percentage. :smile:
