    Finished up the month with roughly 10.5 miles running this morning. Not happy at all with my cycling for the month.

    unexpected day off yesterday. had the kids overnight. not going to reach swim goal again and it is going to take a big time bike ride to meet bike goal. great start to the month. not so great finish. overall it was just 'okay'

    great job by the rest of you. there were some monster numbers put up this month. way to go guys and girls!!!

    Bike: 200 miles (I might go completely insane doing that on the trainer)
    Walk/Run: 32 miles (anything over 30 is progress)

    Run 19 miles.....not real sure what happened on this one!

    There's always room for improvement. Moving on to March! Lots of peeps putting up some impressive totals! Way to Go!!
