    FEBRUARY GOALS (a bit more than January)
    Swim: 15 miles (anything over 12 is progress)
    Bike: 200 miles (I might go completely insane doing that on the trainer)
    Walk/Run: 32 miles (anything over 30 is progress)

    1. 1.84 mi 31 min walk/run and 9 mi 37 min bike on trainer
    2. 8.33 mi 37 min bike and 1.14 mi 45 min swim
    3. 2.00 mi 34 min walk/run and 1.02 mi 37 min swim

    5. 11.17 mi 45 min bike on trainer

    February is complicated by having a house guest for a week and then a business trip. We'll see how it goes.

    We had lovely weather this weekend so I was able to get two decently long rides in on the hybrid! YEEHAW! Cycling is done for the month!

    It's possible I might make all three goals...

    Swimming: 5.2 miles **GOAL REACHED**
    Biking: 33.0 miles
    Running/Walking: 17.07 miles


    3 days to get in about 9 miles of running and not even half way to my bike goal. I definitely overestimated...first time doing this...now I know better. ugh. :( I tried.

    unexpected day off yesterday. had the kids overnight. not going to reach swim goal again and it is going to take a big time bike ride to meet bike goal. great start to the month. not so great finish. overall it was just 'okay'

    My numbers are so lacking, but that's ok!

    Swim 6.3 miles
    Bike 62.8 miles
    Run 19 miles.....not real sure what happened on this one!

    There's always room for improvement. Moving on to March! Lots of peeps putting up some impressive totals! Way to Go!!
