    Hello friends!

    I'm traveling for a few days and won't have any chances to swim/bike/run until Sunday, most likely.

    However, I aim to exceed last month's distances which were about 15 miles swimming, 200 miles cycling, and 30 miles walk/run.

    I would love to get in on this. I would love to complete 2 ironmans for the month. That means:

    swim: 4.8
    walk/run: 52.4
    Bike: 224

    March 1: Swim - 0.5, walk - 2, bike - 0 (no bike until March 9)

    I need to step it up from last month. LOL

    So goals: 6.0 mile swim I have tendonities and bursitis in my right shoulder so I think that's all I can take

    run 60 miles....needs to be more than the 19 I did last month!

    3-2: 3.5 Eliptical, + .5 swim (+ racqetball)
    3-3: 10.6 Outdoor Bike
