I do use a pedometer sometimes for tracking steps if I can't
walk outside. You can also use the treadmill for counting your
steps. If I am correct, anything goes here to get you moving. :bigsmile:

I did lots of walking up and down the halls at work today. I don't have a pedometer anymore but when I did I usually racked up about 13,000 steps in a 12 hr shift0

I walked a couple hours yesterday at a craft sale and again today plus grocery after that so I don't know exactly how long or how far but my feet are aching, lol0
