I would try NOT to eat anything and drink another two cups of water...but if I absolutely had to have something:
1. great value stirred yogurt, any flavor (35 cal0
3. Fudgsicle non-fat chocolate (40 cal)
4. a big bowl of broccoli coleslaw with 1 tbsp Kraft fat-free Catalina
5. a juicy MacIntosh apple0 -
I don''t.
I try not to eat after 8pm and I definitely don't eat at 9pm0 -
Eat whatever is under 100 calories. You don't want to slow your metabolism down just because it is bed time. A small bag of popcorn is good I heard. Stay away from sugary fruits or sweets at night.0

Not thart many calories to spare.... You should first try drinking the water. If the urgency is there, then have either a 100 cal microwave popcorn or 1/2 cup of cereal together with a glass of water. This is not really healthy but it does help me out: a Caffeine Free Diet Coke with lots of ice!!0

lol, amazing how creative we become when we're desperate! This is a dilemma because at night I always want a glass of skim milk, which blows the 90 left right off the bat. Sometimes, when in that situation, I opt for a spoon of peanut butter or some low fat popcorn. Another favorite is 70 calorie no-fat, no-sugar yogurt topped with 1/2 small banana.0

Fruit or an iced latte.0

A boiled egg, the "low sugar" stewed apple I'm left with (delicious!), plain yogurt or I drink just a little milk.
Maybe drink tea in addition.0 -
Gotta stop reading this post. It's 11:24, I'm 26 calories over for the day, even with the fitness I worked in today. I'm really hungry, so I might just have something small anyway. I don't sleep as well if I'm hungry.0

cup of almond milk and glazed apricot? is this a quiz?0
-
There are 90 calorie fudge bars in the frozen food section of the grocery store0

Depends if I'm hungry or not. If I am, cheese and crackers.. I don't usually feel like eating late at night so sometimes I will just have milk.0
