How do find out what your maintenance calories are?
The only really accurate way to do it is to go to a bariatric office and get a workup done. Aside from that, there is a lot of room for error.0 -

I 've changed to this method 12 days ago and am surprised : it works for me:-)
After a 4-week stall I've lost almost 4 pounds, am not hungry and have enough energy for my workouts.
It just makes me eat enough and NOT below my BMR while allowing me to control the weekly deficit.0
