I am 5'3" and currently 168lbs. My goal is 140lbs right now, we will see when I get there if I want to stay there. I started at 224lbs.

I'm 5'4 and 290 right now. I plan on getting somewhere between 220 and 199. If I can get there and be healthy, I'm totally fine with that and won't be upset if I don't lose more weight. I don't mind being chubby, but this whole downright morbidly obese thing isn't cool.

I am 5'5" also and my CW is 178 and my GW is 140-135. I am new to this site since yesterday so I will post a pic ASAP. The workouts that I love are The Firm. I have about 12 DVD's and rotate them, plus I walk/run for about 45 min to an hour. I do that workout mon-fri. Good luck with your journey.

I'm 5'3" and my goal weight is 160! :) It's possible I might get there and decide, "Hey I could lose more!" but I haven't weighted less than that since my wedding 9 years ago, and I was in the best shape of my adult life back then.

I'm a muscley thing, played football in high school and rugby in college, but 160 looks GREAT on me. :)

I'm 5'2", CW is 161. GW is 130. However, if I thought I could get to 120, that'd be great. I don't know if that is possible though.

I'm 5'5 and curvy, my GW is 140-145. I'm at 149 now and all I can say is that my curves still exist, only they look much better!

I'm 5'2 and I'm about 137 right now. I'd like to get as thin as I can possibly get since I'll probaby be pregnant this coming late summer/early fall.
101 would be awesome, but isn't realistic for the short time frame I have to work with. I'll reevaluate after I reach 125.

I'm 5'. CW is 135 GW is 105, though I'd be happy at 110 if I can fit back into my size 4 jeans again.

    I'm 5'4'' and my goal weight is a toned-up 125 :)

I'm 5'2" and my goal weight is 150. even when I was "thin" I had big butt and thighs. I think anything under that wouldn't be healthy for my bigger frame. But we'll see when I get there. :D

I'm 5'3" and my goal weight is 160. I know that's a little high, but it's what I'm aiming for right now and once I get there, I can change it if I want.

I'm 5'5 and my goal weight is 160, but I'm thinking I'll go lower if I'm still unhappy. I don't think I'd want to go lower than 145 though.

I'm 5'3" and my GW is 115...ok well, I'd be happy with 125, but 115 is like my super crazy goal weight. Even at my tiniest (around 110 lbs when I was 19ish) I still had t & a, and that is juuuuust fine with me :)

I'm exactly this. I'm currently 116 and at maintenance. Still got my booty though. It ain't going nowhere. :blushing:

I'm 5'1 and my GW is 170 (it might change when I get there, who knows)...130lbs or less will look weird with my frame.

Interval is definitely the way to go. In 2007 when I first got a personal trainer I usually just did whatever and he said to do intervals on the elliptical. Building your stamina afterwards for weight lifting too.

Get on the interval bandwagon. The ROI on the time you put in is way better. I do them 3X a week for around 30 minutes. I usually do something like 1 minute fast, 90 seconds to 2 minutes "slower". It keeps me from falling asleep on the elliptical.

And there are so many studies that show people who do intervals lose more belly fat and burn more calories, even though they are putting in less time. That's enough for me. Oh and everything gets easier when you interval train. Your "slow" time increases too.

I'm 5'2" and my goal weight is 120 so thats about another 45lbs to go. It was originally 130 so we'll see. I've never been tiny my whole life so not exactly sure how i'll look once I get to 130.

you people are so short! What about being 5'10"?! Je pese 153 et souhaiterais etre a 145 livres - before baby weight - mais rationnellement ne pense pas pouvoir vivre agreablement en appreciant la nourriture et le vin avec ce poids...

I'm 5ft 1" and if I go below 120lbs I look ill. My goal weight for now is 130lbs.

I'm a curvy 5"4. My goal weight is 135lbs. I was at 150 at the beginning of the year and it was not bad at all. I had my curves and still had a flat stomach. I just know I'd prefer a little less body mass and more muscle. I think your goal is a good one. You can see how you feel as you get closer. :)

I am 5"4" and my goal weight for now is 170 once I reach that I'd like to be around 150! My starting weight was 252....

I'm 5'1" (almost) and my goal is 115. Mostly I just want to get rid of the belly and the love handles. I'll be happy when the line from my waist to hips is smooth. This spare tire has got to go.
