I walk past the Twinkies, Double Chocolate Caramel Cupcakes and White Chocolate Raspberry Ice Cream and head straight to the Quaker Chewy 90 cal bars. Yay!0 -
.... decline mediocre cocktails/wine/dessert because you don't want to waste your calories
.... budget calories for a yummy dessert at your favorite restaurant
.....walk to your errands so you can burn a few extra calories
.....dream about tabata workouts
.....start following fitness/health people on Pinterest
.....your friends are sick of you talking about boot camp (this is inspired by my friend)
.....you star in a photoshoot for your boot camps marketing materials (ok, same friend)
.....you discuss the best yoga classes/studios with your friends at brunch0 -

...and my contribution: not one drop of soda, diet or otherwise, has passed these lips in 1 year!0 -

... when you plan your days around your workouts
... when you look forward to working out

... when you think about the past week and you think you ate horrible because of the one day you ate candy or junk... and the rest of the week when you ate healthy and are like ick I ate so bad.
... when you know to avoid the scale on your TOM
... when you refuse to go to restaurant because they do not have the cal's listed so you can not plan ahead.
... when you refuse to go out to a "get a drink" with friends because you do not have enough cal's and know it is not worth going over- and you think of the money you are saving- and you save that money for your next Jillian DVD.
...when whey protein is a treat after working out because it is chocolate
... when you subscribe to running magazine- or any other fitness mag.
... when you spend more time looking at workout clothes in places like Target- and get excited to get new work out clothes and can't wait to use them!
... when you look up quotes or pics to put as your background of your computer to motivate you.
... when you know exactly how much you weigh
... when you do not look at the recipe part of the community board when you are hungry because you know you will crave all the good food.
... when you get excited for things that before you started working out you did not know existed like a HRM or the Nike +
... when you are watching food network and when they start to cook things in loads of butter you get sick thinking about it.
... when you can't stop looking at yourself in the mirror looking for "new muscle" or your collar bones..0 -
...you truly eat only one "serving" of Cadbury Mini-Eggs.0

Also, when you actually weigh your backpack so you know you can use the "Walking 3.0 carrying 15lbs" on the exercise. And, yes, my backpack does generally weigh 15 lbs.0
