    Only got 1 mile in yesterday. :( I'm really discouraged by that but my son apparently needed my undivided attention haha. I didn't work out this morning as planned but I'm hoping to get some running in tonight.

    Way to go!!!! :drinker: :drinker: How far is that exactly, 14 miles? I was running 7 and 8 miles last summer and was thinking maybe a 1/2er would be doable! But now the back is giving me fit's !:angry:

    4 miles on a sub-standard treadmill at a different hotel. Arrrgh. Will be moving outside tomorrow for my C25K workout! Fingers crossed for nice weather....

    Got in a 2.5 mile beach walk yesterday, then today did a 2.5 beach again and a 3 mile run / walk. So this brings me to 31 / 75. I am almost caught up!

    My wedding is coming up on 1st of September. Trying to shed 5kg to fit into my dress and look fabulous :-)
    I wouldn't do it without going to the gym. Its not enough just to fit into your daily calorie intake, you must move!
    Pushing myself to go and work hard in split 40/20- 40 mins cardio (running/cross trainer/bike) and 20 mins strenght exercises (abdominal - sit ups/weights, but small with high repetition).
    Usually I run 3 - 4 km and then 20min on cross trainer.
    I am taking 2 termoball pills (20 mins before exercise) that help me sweat much more and also using neoprene belt (get it in Argos) around my tummy/waist.
    I get soooo sweaty.

    more tonight watching biggest loser on the treadmill - pushing for 5-6 more...
