    Goals for 19 March
    1-10 glasses of water-DONE
    2-RI30 + 30 minutes bike-DONE, sort of: 30 minutes of bike replaced with 20 minute run
    3-avoid mindless snacking-DONE
    4-finish lesson plan-DONE
    5-do a delicate load of laundry-DONE

    Goals for 20 March
    1-10 glasses of water
    2-RI30 + dog walk or run
    3-log everything and stay under cals
    4-avoid alcohol

    My goals for 3/20 are:

    1. drink a minimum of 8 glass of water
    2. excersie for 45 minutes
    3. stay under 1500 calories
    4. walk a minimum of 3 miles
    5. finish housework
    6. start c25k
    7. do some yardwork

    Yesterday:
    1.) No snacking on office treats --- DONE! But had a piece of left over cake at night. :(
    2.) Step up the exercise--- DONE! Did 45 minutes of cardio and then weights at the gym last night. YAY!
    3.) Keep focused and not waist time. -- DONE! Was very productive yesterday.

    Today:
    1. Watch the water intake-- I slacked on this yesterday and felt gross.
    2. Make time for exercise even though I literally only have an hour free after work.
    3. No TV when I get home at 10 p.m.---- bed!

    Goals for Friday were:
    1.Take my on to the bank
    2. Relax a bit
    3. Go o gym for c25k

    I completed all 2 of these goals.

    1. C25k
    2. Eat at calorie goal-log late night snacks
    3. Make a decent Dinner

    Ok I know I'm pretty late to this now but it sounds really good!
    Goals for March 20th:
    - Drink at least 2l of water today.
    - Go to the gym and work out until I literally can't do anymore.
    - Log every single thing I eat.
    :)

    Goals done :)

    March 21st:
    - Work out at least as hard as yesterday!
    - Continue drinking a lot of water.
    - Don't give in to Cake Wednesday at school! ;)

    2-RI30 + dog walk or run-1/2: got in my RI30 but time pressures didn't leave me enough time for anything else
    3-log everything and stay under cals-DONE (well, minus that one sip of wine I had...)
    4-avoid alcohol-DONE!

    Goals for 21 March
    1-10 glasses of water
    2-keep cals more evenly spread out (leave more for afternoon/night)
    3-avoid alcohol
    4-RI30 at least, if not a dog walk or run too
    5-clean parents' fridge

    March 20 - my best friend is visiting for the next couple of days so I got to stay on track...
    1. Drink 48 ounces - Not sure. Gonna say no.
    2. Log everything and stay under - ugh....
    3. Do at least 30 mins of exercise - Check. At least I got 1 thing done!

    Didn't meet my exercise goal yesterday. Literally had 15 minutes free which I used to go to Dunkin Donuts to get an iced coffee to keep me going. I HAVE to try to get up in the morning to work out.

    Todays Goals:
    1.) Exercise right after work to give me energy... no evening caffeine!
    2.) No night time eating after 7:30 p.m.--- water and/or herbal tea only!
    3.) Increase protein intake.

    I didn't set goals for today, but I've done a pretty good job sticking to my consistent goals.

    Well, yesterday was a bust!

    1-10 glasses of water-DONE
    2-keep cals more evenly spread out (leave more for afternoon/night)-NO had a bit of a binge yesterday and didn't log it...
    3-avoid alcohol-NO had a glass of wine with dinner
    4-RI30 at least, if not a dog walk or run too-NO, the length of time it required me to do #5 screwed up my day
    5-clean parents' fridge-DONE

    2-watch cals and avoid binge
    3-RI30
    4-set up interviews for night class

    Well yesterday I completely BLEW IT!! The only goal I met was increase protein. But I ended up literally eating like 3/4 of a box of triscuits while writing a paper last night.

    Ok...today is a NEW day.

    Goals:

    1.) Log everything and watch calories.
    2.) Water...water...water!!!
    3.) Gym tonight. No EXCUSES!!!

    Well... it's Friday!

    Yesterday I can in under calories (which MFP gives me that red little warning for) but no exercise. After night class I totally crashed.

    TODAY:

    1.) Watch calories and log everything-- It might even be ok if I'm a LITTLE over today since I was under yesterday. 1200 calories really isn't much!
    2.) Afternoon work out with cardio AND strength (I think Jillian is calling me today)
    3.) FOCUS at work so I can leave a little early.

    WEEKEND GOALS:
    1.) Clean, and weekly laundry
    2.) Take down curtains and wash shears
    3.) Exercise both days to make up for lack thereof this week
    4.) Finish up taxes
    5.) Take some time to myself for a facial mask and to paint my nails.
