Favorite ever was Shinedown's Anything & Everything tour in December 2010 at a small venue in STL called the Pageant...I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Brent Smith and the gang!!!

Another great one was 3 Doors Down in 2008. Jet Black Stare, Hinder and Staind opened for them. It was an awesome show...started at 6pm and at 11pm, 3DD was STILL doing encores. Gotta love it when even the band doesn't want the rock to end...lol.

Prince Roger Nelson, he had a play ground and the biggest bed on stage. It was sooooo much going on. Then it snowed purple. I love him so much. (it was in the 90's I remember it though)

I have to say that Green Day sure did suprise me. I thought I'd be bored watching them. But, they killed it.

Green Day was my favorite band for pretty much my entire life between 8 years old and 19 years old. Then I saw the American Idiot tour...I didn't listen to them again for nearly 4 years.

I was so angry when I left that show because rather than playing music that spanned more than 20 years they played the American Idiot album in order from start to finish...and then threw a few old songs in at the end. I like the American Idiot album...but it pisses me off when a band practically ignores the music that got them to where they were in the first place.

Since 21st Century Breakdown came out however I've decided that I was mad long enough and gone back to listening to them. I really do love their music. Including American Idiot...I'm just not sure I'd go to another show.

All of my concerts are unique in their experiences. I guess I can say Deftones at the Tabernacle in 2011. It was the most intense concert of my life. Passed out from screaming and hanging my head :)

A close second would be Nine Inch Nails in 2008 for the Lights In The Sky tour. We had special edition tickets, floor instead of seating. It was the most visually stunning concert! Something spiritual happened that night. <3

I've seen a ridiculous amount of shows.. (and I'm only 25:laugh:)

Here's my list -- and they've all been awesome, but I've starred the best.

    ***Minus the Bear x2
    ***Modest Mouse
    ***Kasabian

Had to comment on these as I've seen them all as well. Minus The Bear was a fantastic show. Modest Mouse has a ton of energy and it was great....Kasabian surprised the hell out of me. I saw them open for Oasis and the only song I knew at the time was Club Foot. They were as good or better than the 2 other bands playing.

    Best one?
    Phish in 1995.

    Best one I remember?
Ozzfest a few years ago. Mostly because it was my little brother's first show. He saw more body painted breasts that day than he thought even existed.

Oh. And it was cool to see Sabbath with Ozzy.

I saw the same chow in Charleston, except Night Ranger was there also as special guests....fantastic concert.

Great topic! Hard question to answer, but tops that come to mind are:

KISS back in the day . . (late '70's)
Paul Simon with African ensemble - rocked the house!
    Tom Petty (seen him twice)
    Heart (back in the day)
Bee Gees (were phenomenal - also back in the day)
    Police
    The Cars

I'm dating myself, I guess. Really, some of the more recent/popular bands don't put on the shows like their forefathers!

I still have U2 on my bucket list of concerts to see before I die.

Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers in Tampa (2005)

I've never seen a more hyped crowd than at this show. Amazing set list, great vocals from Tom, the band was tight... And, as a bonus, my ticket was free!

Second best show is a tie between Incubus in 2003 and the very first *NSYNC concert I attended as a teenager. Ahhh, memories :)

Barry Manilow in Seattle several years ago. I took my son with me and even he loved it. I was surprised at the number of younger people there. I was having the time of my life and and the younger girls sitting next to me kept looking at me like I was crazy but I didn't care. I was having fun!

I figured I would post my small list of shows I've seen as well :)

    Warped Tour (2006)
    -Paramore
    -Silverstein
    -Motion City Soundtrack
    -NOFX
    -The Academy Is...
    -Gym Class Heroes
    -Cartel
    -Hellogoodbye

I went to those shows to impress an old boyfriend. I can't stand half of them. Paramore was the BEST though :)

    Family Values Tour 2006
    -10 Years
    -Deftones
    -Stone Sour
    -Korn
    -Flyleaf

I was in the nosebleeds. It was hot, I got heat exhaustion and I could hardly pay attention to the shows. Korn and 10 Years went off without a hitch though. This started my love Adair with Deftones.

Between The Buried And Me -??

Impressing an old boyfriend again...admittedly talented. The vocs were not my style.

    Tool 2009

We missed getting tickets for this one. My now-husband went to the DMV to update some info and a woman saw his Tool shirt. She offered to sell her two tickets at regular price and we did. The show was that weekend. We were as far from the stage as you can be, but it was a very enjoyable show.

    Nine Inch Nails 2008

Visually awesome. Trent Reznor debuts his sexy, buff new body. Love! I had my second day of my Senior year of high school afterward.

    Incubus 2011

I didn't have my glasses, so I was thankful for the projectors. Verizon Wireless amphitheater provided a unique experience...had so much fun!

    Deftones 2011

Already posted it, but it was AMAZING. One of the few shows where nobody acted like a stupid ****ing drunk idiot and just listened to the music.

    A Perfect Circle 2011

When I found out that the band that had zero probability of coming back together was going on tour, I shat bricks. I loved APC before Tool took place as my favorite band. We had an awesome view. Maynard OMNOMED a Vortex burger after "The Hollow." Hilarious.

    Puscifer 2011

Venue was so beautiful. Too many drunk idiots, but the music cures all.

    Tool 2012

MUCH better experience. Totally fun. :)

Pink Floyd the Wall concert, (early 80's - maybe 82-3?)
Led Zeppelin - twice in '75 and once in 1977
Elton John free concert in Central Park - summer 1980

I have gone to a ton of concerts but have to say my favorites were:

NIN in 2009(?) here in Manchester Nh. F***ing amazing music and visuals, Trent Reznor is a God.
Tool in 2010. Again amazing music to get lost in.
Deftones 2011 in little old Hampton beach Casino...Chino Morales is effortlessly cool.

Anytime I've seen Sevendust I'm never disappointed!

And about a million others, but I love live shows so it's hard to have one favorite!

LOL You saw everything I did! Good taste :D

U2 has always been on my list. For some reason, I take for granted they'll be around forever... going to make sure to see them. Wish I'd seen them years ago.
