    Mine is just residual belly fat but I envy the guys that can get them while being lean. I will get there.

    This is also one of the hardest goals in men's fitness to achieve! A man must be below 10% bodyfat to achieve this. Anybody can have big arms. I don't have the "V" like you say, but I'm on a mission to find it!

    Hmm I wonder if it's the male equivalent of the female triangle thigh gap...

    I want to achieve the thigh gap so bad! That is my goal

    Sorry ladies right now I only have a " T" but the "V" is my # 1 goal. Been doing 4 sets of wide grip pull ups and 4 sets of close grip pull ups on back day and working my core hard to acheive it.

    I prefer "slow bulking" to gaining muscle mass. It obviously takes more time but it will allow you to still gain a respectable amount of muscle while maintaining 8-11% body fat. Also, LeanGains is another proven method.
