Hi I'm new! I am going to set my goal at 60. I have been tracking what I walk at my part time job and I average about 5 miles per day 2 days a week so I hope to get that extra 20 in on my own.0

3 miles yesterday, 5 miles today, all on foot.
On a happy note: For all three of my running days this week, I was able to run (well, er, *jog*) at least three miles without any walking breaks. Yay! I'm on my way.
Need to do some serious biking tomorrow, though, to stay on track to meet my goal. Just when I think I'm coming down with the cold/flu my husband's been suffering with all week. :sick:
