    Update...

    Golf went well and I ended up walking the whole course. Going to put down 1 hour for PT towards the challenge, but the round actually took 4 hrs and my total distance was 6.63 mi. Figure there was too much stopping and waiting to take credit for the full four hours.

    4 April: Golf 60 minutes
    5 April: Run 37 minutes
    6 April: Rest day
    7 April: Ford Island 10K run in Oahu 65 minutes

    Previous: 180 minutes
    New Total: 342 minutes or 5.7 hours

    I add running and actual exercise time. I count other activities under exercise, but will be a 'purist' for this one. I'm building up training miles towards a half marathon, so should easily be able to do this.

    4/2 38 minutes run/walk
    4/3 125 70 minutes run/walk, 25 minutes elliptical, 30 minutes Circuit/strength training
    4/4 - 55 minutes walking

  • Since April 4 I have burned 4195 calories and I love it!!! :heart:
    April 4: I did 30 min of Walking, 3.5 mph, brisk pace for 200 calories (calculated by MFP)
    April 5: 20 min Walking, 3.5 mph, brisk pace for 133 calories and 15 min Running (jogging), 5 mph (12 min mile) for another 210 calories (calculated by MFP)
    April 6: 120 minutes of Gardening, mostly on my knees, pooling grass, removing old junk and bending my back a lot, for 842 calories (calculated by MFP)
    April 7: 4 hours Walking, 2.0 mph, slow pace for a total of 1,052 (calculated by MFP)
    April 8: 1h Walking, 3.5 mph, brisk pace for 400 calories and 3h Golf, pulling clubs for another 1,358 calories.
    TOTAL 4195 calories and I feel great!!! :tongue:

    Changed to use the format I was using during previous months - much faster to log and takes less space!
