    I am new to this community, but have been using the website/app for a few weeks, & would love to join this group as I know that if I do exercise then I lose weight.

    4/2 Mon 55 mins cycling
    4/3 Tues 119 mins walking
    4/4 Weds 71 mins walking
    4/5 Thurs 88 mins cycling and aerobics
    4/6 Fri nothing at all!
    4/7 Sat 133 mins walking
    4/8 Sun 55 mins walking

    A grand total of 521 mins of exercise this week, with a massive 4824 calories. Blimey, thats quite a lot isn't it.

    Tuesday: 25 mins tone, 30 mins elliptical
    Wednesday: 50 mins treadmill
    Thursday: (spent 4.5 hrs walking around historic mill and gardens, feet and legs ache too much for further exercise)
    Friday: 55 mins treadmill
    Saturday: 65 mins Zumba - first ever try, even as one of the uncoordinated managed to burn 392 cals!!
    Sunday: 25 min tone, 60 min walk, 45 min Zumba

    Total / remaining: 380 / 0. (over 130)

    I hope you don't mind my joining your group. I really would like to get to know others who are dedicated to their workouts.
    My minutes are a little on the high side, but I do try to do the following every week: 3X yoga, 3X strength train (free weights circuit style, and 5 or 6 cardios.

    Week # 1 -- April 2nd -- Goal 550 minutes:

    4/2 Mon: 60 Zumba class 30 weights
    4/3 Tue: 60 yoga, 60 Zumba
    4/4 Wed: 30 weights, 30 treadmill
    4/5 Thur: 60 yoga, 60 Body Combat class
    4/6 Fri: 60 Zumba, 30 weights
    4/7 Sat: 60 yoga, 75 4.7 mile walk/jog
    4/8 Sun: off except for a casual 2.6 mile walk

    Total minutes: 615 minutes: I was on spring break...this is my vacation. I can't keep this up during the normal week!
    Total over/under: + 75!!!
