*FYI* I STOPPED COUNTING HOUSEWORK/CLEANING MIDWAY THROUGH THE WEEK AND WENT BACK AND DELETED IT ALL OFF MY EXERCISE DIARY AND I ONLY COUNTED ACTUAL EXERCISE... AND CHANGED MY TIME DOWN TO 180 MINUTES.

This is your choice but you can count it if you want to. Good job on sticking with the challenge 4 weeks!!
This week has been a REALLY tough week trying to get to the 2500 cals goal!

Good on getting the 2500 calories also!!!

    Thank you...
I realized i was using my cleaning more and more as a crutch and as an excuse ... so I could justify NOT having to put in the effort to do a REAL workout...
    * sigh* fine time for me to get an exercise conscience...
I dont want to "cheat" myself out of the beneficial results of "real" exercises .. SOOOO I now only log those types
When i first started MFP it was fine to log everything...it kept me motivated... but NOW I need toning and slimming and therefore the housework cant be counted... .

Thanks. Will keep it the same for next week though. Time flies and it doesn't seem long since joining the February challenge and wondering if I could manage 180 mins per week instead of my normal 150 mins!
See you all for the May challenge.

I see many of you who lasted the whole month of April pretty much work out 5 or more days per week. Really you just about have to if you challenge yourself......

If you are interested in a good challenge to keep you focused on working out most days of the month, please feel free to join our group. All we require is you follow the rules outlined and do your best to move those bodies. It has helped me for almost 2 years to be very consistent with my exercise. See links below if you want to join us in May!
