    Tue: 4/24 Walking 30 min, swimming 75 min
    Wed: 4/25 burned 425 calories doing 60 minutes of "Dancing, aerobic, ballet or modern, twist"

    Total / min left: 165/195 to go
    This challenge has made such a difference for me. I consistently get out and do something, or when it's totally downpouring like yesterday, something indoor. I feel better, in my body and in my head.

    Good job Cyndi on getting something in yesterday despite the weather! Sometimes the workouts indoors can be just as good or better! Keep up the good work!

    I had to take my daughter to California for Admit Week so I am updating today. I have made my goal for minutes with all the slow walking but not for calories burned. My knee acted up with being on airplanes so we will see how the rest of the week goes.

    Week # 1 -- April 2nd -- 265 minutes/Goal 260 minutes:
    Week #2 -- April 9th -- 180 minutes /Goal 180 minutes
    Week #3 -- resting from knee injury
    Week #4 -- April 21st -- 180 minutes and 2500 calories if my knee lets me

    Mon: 35 minutes warm up on elliptical and weight training 230 calories burned
    Tue: preparation for job interview Wednesday morning and to go out of town Wednesday afternoon
    Wed: 60 min slow walking/250 calories burned
    Thur: 120 min.slow walking/500 calories burned

    *FYI* I STOPPED COUNTING HOUSEWORK/CLEANING MIDWAY THROUGH THE WEEK AND WENT BACK AND DELETED IT ALL OFF MY EXERCISE DIARY AND I ONLY COUNTED ACTUAL EXERCISE... AND CHANGED MY TIME DOWN TO 180 MINUTES.

    Wed: 30 minute (bicycling)
    Thur: 50 minute ( bicycling, situpz )
