Week # 1 = Goal 250 min, Total/min left: 195/55 - I could not get my MOJO but I did get the 180 minimum!
Week # 2 = Goal 250 min, Total/min left: 220/30 - Hopefully next week will be a slam dunk!

Happy hump day everyone!
Well I feel great today! Why? Because today I did a Leslie Sansone 4 miles Fast and Firm dvd today. It has been at least a year and a half since I have tried to do 4 miles straight without stopping. I started out saying I just wanted to get thru it but after the 1st mile I was in the zone and stayed in the zone the whole workout.
I have been really slacking on my workouts and I waa reminded that to lose weight your heart rate needs to be over 130's. So since I read that post I have been making my goal to have an average heart rate over 130. I knew this and would make this my goal all the times, I had just started settling for 120's or even less sometimes.
Today's my workout average was 135!! The highest I have had in a while too. Thanks for inspiring me to keep pushing myself everyday The slacking is OVER for me. I have been slacking too long.....
I am going to shoot for 300+ this week and next week so I can make my 1000 minutes this month. I am bumping up the intensity so it will help me with weight loss.
