Checking In. If I would have hit my Running Goals, I would have been on point. My energy level was a little low this week. For the challenge, I am only counting the hours that I do outside of the group exercise classes that I teach.
Week # 2 -- April 9nd -- Goal *360 minutes:
Mon: 45 mins Swimming 40 lengths (120 mins of teaching)
Tue: (135 mins of teaching) No personal workout
Wed: Kettlebell and Ran 25 mins/ In pool for 60 minutes (25 laps)
Thur: (135 mins of teaching) 23 minutes 2 mile run
Fri: (180 mins teaching classes) 50 mins in pool 40 lengths
Sat: In pool 90 minutes/ 32 laps/1 mile swim
Sun: Rest Day

Hello everyone!!
How was your weekend? Mines was fine. Got in some good movement Saturday and chilled out on Sunday. I did not gain any weight and no binges. Please feel free to share any successes, struggles or fitness goals for the next 2 weeks. You are not alone on this journey. You all did an amazingly good job last week!! :drinker:
