Since April 4 I have burned 4195 calories and I love it!!!
April 4: I did 30 min of Walking, 3.5 mph, brisk pace for 200 calories (calculated by MFP)
April 5: 20 min Walking, 3.5 mph, brisk pace for 133 calories and 15 min Running (jogging), 5 mph (12 min mile) for another 210 calories (calculated by MFP)
April 6: 120 minutes of Gardening, mostly on my knees, pooling grass, removing old junk and bending my back a lot, for 842 calories (calculated by MFP)
April 7: 4 hours Walking, 2.0 mph, slow pace for a total of 1,052 (calculated by MFP)
April 8: 1h Walking, 3.5 mph, brisk pace for 400 calories and 3h Golf, pulling clubs for another 1,358 calories.
TOTAL 4195 calories and I feel great!!!
